Considering the amount of fees you charge to use the card associated with this app (money you make off of clients), this app should not be crashing so often!!!!! I'm having the same current issues as other users - app says for security reasons you've been logged out, log back in, and then won't allow me to log in. And you charge a fee for calling to check my balance! Do better! Unprofessionalism at its finest!!!!

App has too many bugs ands now I can't log in. The app was fine for awhile but, one day, it kept telling me my login info was wrong even though i knew for a fact it wasn't. I tried resetting my password but it still wouldn't work. I went to the website and it said my account was blocked so i had to call customer support so they could reset my account. But it happened again later. Also, some of my transactions wouldn't show as posted or pending ever. And some that did would disappear later.

Unable to sign in because "for my protection, I was signed out due to my session timing out" whenever I open the app or attempt to log in. Thanks... I don't need to transfer money or pay my bills or anything important like that. Edit: over 3 months later and still having the same issue. There's no excuse for this level of incompetence.
