Ratings and reviews

For the past year or so, my cart is randomly empty when I open the app. I use it as an ongoing shopping list, so when this happens, I lose my list. I recently realized that it coincides with app updates. Years ago, despite regular updates, my cart would always be retained. There was a major "upgrade" a year or so ago. Makes me want to rely on Target, Walmart, and Costco instead of the GE near my house....

inconsistent app. over the last year this app has had so7 many issues. from freezing when trying to pick up a Curbside order to the point where the app doesn't work & I have to call the store, to continously giving a 404 error and saying there's a connection issue. I haven't been able to log in to order food for pick up or even just look at the weekly ad in several days now. I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app more times than I can count this year.

App is completely broken and I can't login. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, it's just busted. It keeps telling me the connection is unstable but it's not. I won't be shopping at giant eagle again until they fix the app. I don't have a physical card so this is the only way I can login for points.
