Same as everyone else. Black screens when you toggle to home screen or another app. You have to completely close out and relaunch. Sometimes doesn't work in certain stores. And for the last week, it's been entirely unusable because it won't even open and gives an error message. Like it for coupons and flyer. Would be better if you could see the coupon applied to the item in your cart/on your list like the Shaw's app.

This new app is useless! My lists are gone, I can't reorder my weekly order. recent history is not accurate. Apparently, I can no longer order the delivery option because they don't deliver to my area. I have been receiving my grocery delivery from Hannaford once a week for a little over a year. my address has NOT changed. So, I am going to pay the higher prices at Price Chopper because Hannaford makes poor decisions and obviously didn't think this through in regards to customer service.

All I hoped for was a faster version of the old app. I lost all my shopping lists. I can't recreate them because the new app only allows one list. I can't put notes about the items on the list. I can't put quantities of items in the list. The location of the items now only shows the aisle, not the section. I would switch to Price Chopper but they're so much more expensive. I'm very disappointed that this is my only option.
