*You must meet eligibility requirements to obtain an Advance. Your initial Advance limit will be less than $200 and may increase gradually over time. Advance limits are based on your account activity and balance(s), your direct deposits, your history of timely Advance repayments, your income and tax refund projections, and other risk-based factors. Your eligibility and Advance limit are evaluated regularly and may change at any time. You may only take one Advance at a time. Grid does not offer loans or credit products. There is no APR, no finance charge, and no loan obligation.

Ratings and reviews

If you are looking for a small advance, please do not install, or use this app. it's buggy, it'll take forever or many attempts to connect your bank, the subscription fee is up front, which is difficult to cancel right away, and their customer service is primarily automated. If you're looking for a little scratch, ditch these fools, it's not worth your time.

Worked once then they just stole my money. I received one advance and paid it back on time. I tried to take another one which processed for days and never arrived. when I contacted support they told me I had a $25 balance, that I could find nowhere on the app. On the day my subscription was due they took $24 out of my account, support offered no explanation and just kept saying they would escalate it to their other support team. It's quickly turned into a scam and I doubt I'll get my money back.

Paid 10 dollar membership to get a cash advance, then was told they couldn't send it because I had previously retracted ACH permission. That's fine that they wouldn't give me an advance, so I asked for my membership fee back and they are refusing, saying that the membership isn't just to get advances. The advances are the only thing I use the app for BUT even if I wanted to use it for anything else, I no longer have access to it. Oh, and the customer service, HORRIBLE, slow and useless.
