Ratings and reviews

Worked fine back in July. Not any longer. It won't let me login any longer. Everything is fine using the website directly. I've even wrote to the developers about the issue, and crickets. I've tried everything, including removing the app, and reinstalling. UPDATE: Still no luck with the recent update. Hasn't worked for two months now. Recent update still hasn't fixed the problem. Nothing has changed since the last time it worked in July.

App is useless and the Hertz app team are the completely incompetent. Despite multiple user negative reviews about the inability simply login to the app, nothing ever gets fixed. I haven't been able to login more MONTHS despite using correct login credentials. Have been getting " We are experiencing service issues, please try again later" error message for MONTHS now. FIX THE APP!!!!

Doesn't work well when adding flight info to existing res! Can't scroll to put in data and save! FIX THIS !! NO WAY TO SEND A MESSAGE TO HERTZ FROM THE APP! Not good. Please add that.. They need to fix the view receipt function, it seems to not work with android. Doesn't find the .pdf viewer app, which on my phone is Acrobat! Come on Hertz... Fix it or make it better. It's ok, it works.
