Got the reservation email for early checkin digitally (paid separately), email said early checkin was available thru app, attempted to log in through the email link, got "something went wrong on our end, try again later". Attempted thru the app three more times, same results. Called and was told that I had to check in early at hotel. Room wasn't ready until reservation time so there was never a point to arrive early. Reservation was simple enough to make but app ruined the experience.

Horrible app. 70 percent of the time,it won't let you sign. Then tells you "Sorry, there's a problem on our end..." When you ask to change your password it sends you a link and after you change it, you can easily log on in a browser but the app still won't let you log in. FRUSTRATING, as you need the app to get the virtual room key.

I'm another person getting the "there is an error on our end, please try again later" message when trying to sign into the app. I uninstalled and then reinstalled and I was able to sign in one time. This is strictly an Android issue as I have no issues via the Hilton website or with the app on my work phone as it's an iPhone. This needs to be fixed, and a priority issue.
