For anyone using the ear camera and can not connect to it, go to your phone's settings and switch your wifi connection from your wifi router to the bebird device. Your bebird device will show in your wifi network as if it's a wireless router. Removing two stars for being moments away from being thrown away after two days of not being able to connect.

I love the idea/concept, but after downloading the app on multiple devices, it absolutely will not pull up the wifi connection to connect to the device. Also, most features on the app do not even work. I tried everything I could find online for troubleshooting, as well as everything I could possibly think of (I am decently tech savvy) for literally almost 5 hours in total. I have finally decided to give up & will be returning asap. Needs to be pulled off market until it works properly.

What used to be a great product is now ruined by a new app. I purchased the K10 wired a while back and it worked great. Now it seems like they removed all compatibility for the wired versions. You can only connect "by wifi". The old K10 button is under services, but it just brings you to the play store. This failed me when I really needed to get something out of my ear and now I have to wait days for a new product to arrive. Extremely disappointed.
