Ratings and reviews

DITO offers affordable and convenient services. Their budget-friendly promotions are great deals, but they should work on fixing the connectivity issue (especially around 9 PM). Also, the 'buy data' feature connected to FB Lite is troublesome a simple accidental click can result in an automatic loan on the user's account (I experienced it 3 times now) without any additional confirmation on the DITO app itself, such as an OTP, is quite problematic. EDIT: Again, the same issue.

At first it was okay, the signal was 4G Volte, and then it was only 4G. It was bad. I can't even play mobile games on my phone because it is laggy, video streaming is like hell. You may think their promo is cheap but it's not. I thought at first they are a game changer but the real picture is they are in a catch up in contrast to the established network provider. I'll just have to go back to my previous TM Sim plan. This network sucks big time! 🥲

Please fix the issue concerning the connection or signal, the signal becomes very slow when it's past 7 or 8 pm. Also the data consumption is very high even though we are not downloading some stuffs or watching videos with super high graphics. It's very disappointing that you switched to a sim that you thought would be very different than other sims to use for your studies or gaming.
