Ratings and reviews

The app is slow and buggy. If I leave the app for just a second it'll reboot the whole app, causing me to lose my place and forcing me to look at the intro screen for a while until the app loads back up. It's not a smooth app where clicks and swipes are reactive. Also, when they're running promotions, the fees are so high that it goes back to the same price before the promotion. Do better. After ordering a couple times, they randomly banned my account and won't let me place another order.

When I first downloaded the favor app and created an account I though it was going to be great. An app directly linked to HEB, like the store at my fingertips? It also does restaurants deliveries! What could be better? Sadly after trying it for some time it fell terribly short of my expectations. The available selection of of HEB items is extremely limited. Even though it supports orders from many restaurants once again they each have a ridiculously limited selection of menu offerings. Disappoin

Order 5$ coffee never showed up took them an hour. canceled it & when you cancel it it just says $15 it doesn't say $15 cancellation fee. So I thought that was my refund because I tipped $10. when you hit *cancel favor* it shows at the end that they charged you $15 for a cancellation fee. They tried to explain that the driver still needs to be paid. What they don't know is I'm a favor driver & they only give you $5 when an order is canceled. Rip off their customers & their drivers. Crooks!
