Ratings and reviews

they have failed to credit cleared funds by 10 calendar days and 7 business days. They disabled my ability to chat with support when I pointed this out, requiring escalation through enforcement agencies. Now that I know, I'm finding multiple instances of them breaking financial regulations or skirting on the edges of them. It's in your best interest to avoid them. And for the curious, all of my info is verified, it's them, not me. They haven't given a reply via the email address they gave me.

Overall, it is easy to navigate, understand, and use. I wish it had a running balance alert. That way, every transaction notification also tells me the balance and available funds, and I can better track, manage, and prevent overspending

my issue is not so much with the app as it is with Neo financial it's self. they are a horrible company to deal with. I had a payment made to me and unfortunately the sender put in the wrong account number, however because of this the payment should have been bounced back to the sending institute within a maximum of 10 business days it has now been 53 business days and it still hasn't been sent back. after calling and emailing multiple times Neo customer service continues to hang up on me
