So far 1 star, I've been trying to log on and use it for months now, probably not the app makers fault as the club didn't know the clubs code to log in, then when I finally get the code for the club the app is down on android. Do we have any idea when it will be back on android please, the club have emailed you several times apparently asking (so they can let members know) but have had no reply of you, I'll review the app appropriately when I can actually use it , but so far less than impressed

My Gym just has Matrix equipment, no site code, none of the machines are networked... This severely restricts and complicates the use of this App. The most annoying part is the constant pop-up advert to use EGYM ID, which is pointless for me, yet there is no way to turn off this constant annoyance. So, because I am not using eGym ID, I can only see my last three workouts, and I cannot calculate my BioAge. There maybe countless other features I can't access on top of these, butt I have not tried.

What a pathetic excuse for an app! It's impossible to get past the question asked at startup - which is the name of your gym. The app does not accept ANY response to that question. What a waste of time and effort. I'm standing on a Matrix treadmill which has an XiD logo in it, and I cannot use the app. I'd give this zero out of five if I could - that's equal to its worth.
