For anyone not able to login with Google, I was able to fixed mine by creating a new account. It linked my information so I still have access to my card balance and what not. Hope this helps. To the developers, I shouldn't have had to create a new account when I had an account that used my Google login. I don't remember setting up a password when I created the first account. That could be the root cause, but seem like it wouldn't be an issue if the app didn't continue to drop data upon updates.

This app will not load after you open it and go thru the steps it calls get started!! It never goes past this stage!!?? It is not usable and it's very frustrating and annoying to deal with your application which I really need to have access to as it will save me a lot of time and hassle by getting the Octapass done before I get to the clinic to donate. It was working before I had to switch to a new phone?? Why it won't let me load it is hard to deal with!!!??!

Balance activity takes too long to update. App is super slow do better. Also, balance is always off, it will say I have $3 but I can only spend $1 so there is either a error or you guys are stealing my money and how can this card be in the negative when there is no option for overdraft?!? Either way, fix it! Thank you!
