Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't allow me to login to my store account on my phone. Fortunately I can log in to my account using the phone browser (Vivaldi or Chrome), but I'm quite disappointed I cannot use the official app anymore. I think the problem started before I got this new phone a few months ago. I've tried clearing the app cache and data, and also tried reinstalling the app, but it does no better. I even tried changing my login email just in case (I have used several different emails over the years).

There are major bugs in the app & system that Office Depot will not deal with. It's impossible to submit product reviews in the app; it always errors out. Then I go to the website in a normal internet browser and I can submit reviews without a problem. Review submission in the app needs to be fixed; currently it is non-functional! Worse, for the last 2 months I'm not getting credited for my reviews. No rewards credits are being applied. Repeatedly contacted support, but they don't fix it.

I ordered a few things and paid but when it was supposed to ship they removed all but one of my items and placed the rest on backorder. Why have things listed when it is out of stock? Complete waste of time. Now I have to wait a few days for that money to be put back into my account; as if nobody is struggling with money right now. This could have all been avoided had the inventory been properly managed like the other items listed as "Out of Stock".
