Worst experience using your app. Mentioning some major issues: 1. Transaction history should be listed from most recent to oldest. Oldest to latest order is very irritating and makes no sense! 2. Also why transactions from the past twenty four hours don't appear in the transaction history? 3. Have to enter payee details again and again every time as they are not saved automatically

Worse app ever, after verifying the OTP and biometric, nothing really shows up, and the screen becomes blank, showing only two buttons "continue" and "chat with ABL", however, after clicking continue it shows an error "please select at least one account to link", meanwhile there's nothing available to be selected, tired customer care helpline number and also complained on the concerned emails, but problems remains the same without any helpful solution.

I changed my fingerprint lock in mobile phone, and now it's been over a year and half that I am unable to set fingerprint lock for the app. It's gone forever. I did every thing to reset fingerprint access but it's impossible. I complained to helpline through email, visited the bank branch to verify my fingerprints again, cleared cache, re-installed app,, in short, I did every thing, but could not set fingerprint lock again. This has made me annoyed and so, I am compelled to underrate the app...
