It's been more than two weeks now and the app is not working for Android 10. And it's very difficult to contact the call centre as well when needed, always it says our agents are busy. Damn disappointed about this app. It's asking me to upgrade the app when I try to log in, but when I visit at Google play store there's no such option to update the app in the first place. They asked to log in through a PC, however it would be very much convenient if it can be accessed via phone as it used to be.

I've encountered several issues with the B app recently. Many transactions fail but still result in money being deducted from my account. Additionally, receive error pop-ups indicating "Server not available" even when my internet connection is stable. The latest update also raises a major concern: it now requests storage access to log in. Without granting this access, users cannot even enter the app. Please address these problems as soon as possible, or many customers may switching .

This is garbage. We can't even register online. We need to go to the bank and fill out forms manually to get a password. This app requires access to your contacts and photos, and media. I don't understand why the banking app need access to them. Not any other banking app requires that access. Also, it didn't work with devices Biometrics need to input user name, password every time.
