App is ok; crashes regularly. I usually have to open app then force close & reopen before it works at all😆 I preferred the setup of the old app. The old app's remote had volume control; the new app's remote has NO volume control, not even a mute button! Sometimes I turn up my TV volume so I can still hear it if I'm leaving the room for 2min, then commercials come on 10x louder than the show. It used to be so convenient to quickly open app & mute it, but it's not possible anymore. Frustrating!

Lousy email system. And sadly, intermittent connectivity to TV viewing on the optimum app in the setting of rocket fast wifi at home. So sad I can't connect half the time. Oh, don't call tech support. They are friendly but incapable of solving an issue. P romises of return calls by a higher level tech support are completely empty.

Constantly says 'There's an issue with this request. " and won't accept validated login info. Tried uninstall,re-install, etc, works only when it wants to. Have to resort to other streaming platforms or YouTube. Seriously gotta cut the cord time. Getting closer to that point.
