I've used progressive leasing for years and never had an issue. And now it's become more of a scam. I was 2 days late on paying my 90 day. Early purchase option and they would not accept it or extend it for me to pay it off. They said they don't do that anymore. Once you hit that 90 day mark, you're locked in for the next 12 months. So they wanted me to pay another $1900 after I've already paid 1400 for something I bought, that was only $2000. Because it was 2 days past that 90 days.

It lets you create a account. Then "Approves You" but then no stores in the app allow you to do anything and the only way to do anything is to reapply at a different and then it goes into "pending" ive reinstalled, called tech support who says there is a issue and they are working on it... week later still no update. I wonder if I try to go to one of these little stores or no name furniture places and I bet it would allow me to shop. I will change the review "if" the app gets fixed.

This app is terrible to shop through, but I love Progressive. The app is great for finding a lease and making payments. It's terrible when you are trying to purchase items with a lease you have been approved for. It sends you in circles to see the lease you have been approved for. Then it only allows you to search in certain stores, instead of all stores connect to Progressive as advertised. It says you can shop online, but it takes you nowhere. I have never seen the virtual credit card.

We’ve made improvements to make it easier to shop and check out directly in the app with select retailers, including Amazon, Walmart, Apple, Ashley, Bass Pro Shops, Crate & Barrel, eBay, GameStop, Home Depot, HP, IKEA, MSI, and Target.
These updates include new in-app help tips and an AI chatbot that can answer your questions and guide you if you get stuck.
We’ve also fixed a few bugs — keyboard issue and that prevented users from downloading their lease agreement during the e-signing process.
