More of a diet reminder app; lacking for diet beginners. "Faster" than the Monash app meaning much less detail and guidance. I Had to cross-check some foods with Google, because of food contradictions. There are very few specifics. Also, it doesn't give you any brands or where to find them, so you have to look up ingredients one by one, which takes so much longer when you're looking for food.

So far, so good! Had the app for a few days and I really like using it. It makes looking up ingredients much easier, though the list could be expanded to include more items and be more comprehensive in general, for me it does a good job. The most useful part of the app for me is the diary, it makes tracking my symptoms less of a hassle, I would like if I was able to go back and edit entries rather than having to rewrite them if I forget something.

I like this app for being able to track my meals and the way I feel after eating them. It really helps to know what some of my trigger foods might be. I would recommend being able to add each food eaten during a meal individually rather than as a full meal on one line. That way I could individually to ally add or subtract an item from a meal. Thanks for a helpful app
