Permissions needed for RightTrack users

● RightTrack uses foreground services to enhance user safety, ensure accurate trip recording, and provide valuable feedback to the user regarding their driving behavior. It's essential for detecting when you start a drive and to accurately log the route taken, driving behavior, and other relevant metrics.
● The service is activated when you begin driving. This is detected through user interaction with the app and/or automatic detection algorithms that recognize driving activity.
● RightTrack collects data such as speed, acceleration, braking, and route information, which are needed for assessing driving behavior and providing feedback for safer driving practices.

Ratings and reviews

Too many breaking checks. Hard breaking is part of driving. No one should be held hostage on their insurance premium going up due to hard breaking. There are 4 speed bumps in the area where I drive daily, you have to break for the speed bumps, there is no other way or else you mess up your vehicle. I think the app is just a way of going up on insurance. I contacted other insurances and they do not have breaking on their apps, but they do have cellphone usage to check if you are using the phone

The app itself is fine, but what isn't fine is the fact that Safeco advertises that if they snoop on your driving habits for 90 days using this app, you can save up to 30% off your car insurance. My wife and I did this process, and we scored very high (92%) yet were given a discount of about 16%. It must be basically impossible to get a 30% discount. This isn't an honest program that Safeco is running. 😕

On an Android phone when you click "Roadside Assistance" it asks if you've been in an accident and gives you a button for "yes" and a button for "no". The "no" button is too far down the screen and so you can't click it. It's blocked by Android's navigation buttons that are also at the bottom of the screen.
