A few years ago, I wrote an email to the Albertsons app developers. I was frustrated with how poorly the app worked. I told them they needed to contact Fry's/Kroger to learn how to make a better app. Now the Albertsons app is superior compared to Fry's. I like that I can easily zoom in and see sale items and prices. The coupons are easy to clip most of the time. Occasionally, a sale item won't be found in the deals section because it's clustered with another sale item in the app.

I love using the app/service! Lately though, the cancel order function is glitching. It cancels the order successfully , however I'm getting two or three text notices that " shopping will soon start" on my canceled order. Thankfully it appears that no one actually shops on the stores end, but then after the time on the canceled order passes. I get a text message to "reschedule" the order. I looked and I have the latest version. Would be great if this confusing glitch could be fixed. Thank you.

The app would occasionally glitch, but overall it worked. for the last few weeks I have tried to search for an item and the search function does not work. Under products, deals, and recipes, it's all 0. I came back to the play store to see if the app needed to be updated, but no, it's up to date and now virtually unusable except for the rewards system.
