This app used to work but not anymore! I have tried multiple times to transfer money into my US account, and even though the app says "Transfer Complete" the money never reaches my US account. Every time I end up having to call Customer Service and getting a refund. They do not automatically refund after an error, and simply say "We see there's a mistake but can't do anything!" Horrible customer service! Do not try this app unless you want your money wasted!

it's very difficult to use app. I reset password every log in. You can't see the password while typing and you don't have any luck if your phone is flip size without pen. you have to match both password without seeing them. The app won't save your password too.. it won't even connect to toss in order to verify identity so you have to upload ID every 3 months. other app simply sends certificate to verify identify but this app seems like built during stone age where you have to bleed blood. smh

it's great. but limited right now as to where you can send money. but still excellent and the best at this time for Korea. update: three years later and much improved. more countries, domestic, and gcash. still the easiest and best. I'm with you since the beginning.
