Ratings and reviews

The most recent update has been unacceptable. I no longer have the option for fingerprint unlock, which is incredibly frustrating. If I leave the app for even a minute and return, it crashes and forces me to completely close the app and re-sign in. Additionally, if I make too many transfers, my account disappears and an error occurs. This demands that I force close the app, reopen it, and sign in again. This is not a reliable experience.

They recently added cloudflare and some other things and now it takes me a hot minute just to login and do my banking. they need to find a way to streamline their security procedures, and make it so it doesn't require me to input a text verification code every single time I log in (no it doesn't make a difference when I say "remember this device". no matter where I am it requires the text! I like MACU for banking, but their app is a bit slow and clunky compared to Chase, or Capital One, etc.

The new app is terrible. Shouldn't have changed it. Switching between personal and business accounts is a pain. The login process is clumsy. After setting up finger print it still asks you if you want to set it up. If you choose not to use finger print, it asks you every single time you log in if you want to. You can't access your full account number anywhere on the app for linking to venmo or other institutions. And everytime I sign in it want to verify and send me a code. So stupid.
