Ordering is fine although there is lagging but when I try to check in it always gives me an error. If you back out you can no longer check in. When I did the feedback option they asked about restarting the app, deleting and reinstalling, making sure I have the most recent version. I get that's a standard response but I put in my feedback I had already done those options and was still having the same issue.

This app is atrocious. I tried to order twice and got an error that the network was bad and it didn't go through (my network was not bad, everything else was working) so I figured it was the app and gave up. I even checked my email as instructed to confirm that I had not received an order receipt. Much later, two emails came through that both orders went through and I was charged only once, fortunately. There is no option to cancel and I cannot get in contact with the restaurant. Deleting.

This app is trash, it doesn't work 80% of the time. Every time you get to the payment screen it will load forever just to give you an error. What's the point of half price drinks in the app or rewards if I can't ever use the app? My meal was $8 cheaper through app as opposed to ordering in the drive inn. That makes a big difference! No wonder it doesn't work most of the time. Look at all that money they are losing.
