Terrible app! I've changed my address when I've moved and because a glitch on the system they never charged me. After 2 years they charged me the whole amount over 2 grand with any discount. Terrible situation. Be careful this app is not reliable, always double check your billing even if you request automatic payment as I did when I've moved but they've never charged me.

The app is trash. I can log into the website fine, have changed my password multiple times, and have never been able to login to the app. Just asked for login assistance through the app, and it said the feature wasn't available. So, what's the point in offering login assistance?!? Only reason I gave it an extra star is because you can used it for one time guest payments.

Lots of "mystery meat" on the app (buttons that aren't intuitive as to what they do). This is a a no frills, simplistic approach. The higher reviews you see, are *absolutely* posted by city employees who want to promote the app. Using the app as a vehicle to contact Customer Support will result in a sub-par experience. Don't expect ANY RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. A truly Epic Fail !!!
