An absolute DISGRACE of an app for a MOBILE service. one of the worst and most frustrating apps I've used due to the servers and interface glitching and lagging any time you do so much as try to log in. I've almost snapped my phone in half from sheer frustration just trying to pay my phone bill and it spools and spools and when you finally make any progress you get a invalid response error pop up. The pop ups are too much. you don't need them, it's bogging it down.

app is horrible. tried MULTIPLE times to add auto pay, but won't go through, keep in mind I have also signed up for the auto pay many times, every month now I get a notification that bill is due. and I get asked if I want to sign up for auto pay. when try to chat or get help blank screen comes up. When trying to look at perks page comes up saying error, no page found

app is clunky, hard to find what you need, then once there, often it is impossible to remember how to get there. Also on occasion when multiple devices are on the same account, one or the other can't be paid separately. Budgets do not always allow for large lump sum payments. In order to do a single line or device, one MUST buy a refill card and enter it manually. Very poor app. The service is excellent so there are 3 stars, otherwise, I would have given 1 star.
