My work is using spectrum and is using this app for our service work orders. While it is a decent app that is well laid out and easy to understand and quick in the field. Unfortunately we had an issue come up about 2 weeks into using it, with the app not syncing properly to the back end tech support took at least a week to get back to us. When there are issues tech support needs to be much more contactable.

Faster than the website. Cons: -Frequent issues(sometimes daily) adding notes to work orders, which require unistalling app and reinstalling -As a tech inputting notes and labor time, I am unable to close out a work order on my own. I need to tell one of our admins and she then closes the job for me 5/21 Update: still need to unistall and reinstall 1-2 times/week

App was working good until my phone did a update ( Samsung note 20 ultra) phone restarted came on app was gone. Try to reinstall it and it will not reinstall into the phone.
