Highly unreliable. When the application works, it's convenient and easy to use. I appreciate the freedom to make deposits and check balances from anywhere. That being said, lately when I try to login the application is having some sort of issue. So I can't depend on it. This is a great feature you offer your customers, but please review to have it work more consistently.

this is poor it won't let you on when you know it your password try my finger face that don't work said they didn't know my face and the finger a joke too

my fingerprint no longer works and everytime I use my password it says my accounts been locked. I call the bank itself and all im told is to log in via web browser. No help with fixing the issue
