Garbage app. It crashes almost every time I try to run the signal strength test. And when I try to locate towers it says "something went wrong etc". My Google Pixel 8 Pro is running up to date software so the issue isn't with my phone. Totally useless app, it's deserving of the incredibly low ratings. Also, their contact form won't load on my Pixel because it's been flagged for "Phishing" so the only way to contact support is to call during regular business hours.

Terrible I bought this earlier today. Hooked it all up. And ZERO difference. Waste of money. Complete useless. Tower is 15 miles strait line from my place. My question is, do I return this paper wieght to Best Buy 100 miles one way from me, or send to WeBoost. The product does NOTHING. Well the green light comes on. But zero different in signal.

Very helpful. But expensive. If not for your box we would have no phone or telephone or TV or internet at all, despite paying a phone company for these services. So despite the high price, working and worth every penny. Except during weather events. We had 2 go out. One with electrical storm and the other in normal weather. Is there something that causes them to go out after a year?
