Studio owners, do not get this app/software. It is too complicated to use, definitely not user friendly. Been using this company for over 5 years and I do not want to switch because of the hassle of changing everything over. You can NOT prorate memberships to a desired date, instead, everything HAS to be prorated to the 1st. They ask you to file any suggestions to their customer service department, and, any reasonable suggestion never get looked at or listened too. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE.

Subpar at best. Whether it's by the coaches or app design, you can't keep track of everything you do. For example, if the programmed benchmark is specifically a "squat clean", there is not an option to record your results under squat clean and therefore you have to instead make two entries in both "clean" and "squat clean" if you hope to look back on those results at a later date. I'm sure this app helps gym owners collect money, but it does nothing beneficial for gym members.

Hey Jonathan, your coaches can build their own library of skills within the app to log results. We recommend letting them know, which movements you need and they will be able to add them. Appreciate your feedback!

Terrible app! Horrible feedback! My gym uses this app for scheduling, so I'm stuck with it. I get an error for no suitable calendar when I try to add a reminder, I cannot copy and paste the workout myself into a reminder, and because my gym writes their own programming instead of mindlessly throwing up benchmarks every day, I cannot track my results in the app. I sent feedback to ask about these things and got a couple emails back basically telling me what I was doing wrong and why would I need to copy and paste the workout, that my.phones settings are wrong and then copied my gym owner in and told him he should start adding the workouts as measures rather than what they are! I'd hoped they'd at least take this feedback as suggestions for improvements rather than asking why'd I'd want to do them in the first place.
