Good app. The classes and the fasting tracker work well. I think the nutrition tracker is rough to use. It's hard to add an additional portion to food. I would end up just logging it twice. It does track macros. Even though there is a bar code scanner, many foods are still difficult to find, don't have photos, and occasionally, the nutrition information seems off. I wish it was more accurate and easier to use. That being said, I really like this app. It keeps me motivated and I have lost weight.

Could be a great app if not for the constant unwanted notifications. I went into settings and turned off all notifications except fasting reminders. Still, I'm getting notifications all day, for all kinds of things (meal ideas, links to offers that have already expired, etc). Most annoyingly, I'm getting notifications asking me to buy Fastic Plus--WHICH I ALREADY HAVE. I could turn off all notifications in my phone, but I want fasting reminders. I've canceled renewal and won't be joining again.

I really only use the app to track when my fast starts and is over, low stars bc there's invasive ads with the sound defaulted to on. I'd rate much higher if it weren't for that because it's very annoying and embarrassing to be getting ready to eat dinner (potentially in public) press to end your fast then have music/etc blasting. I don't mind ads, I DO mind this. Some are also concerning (got an ad for Ozempic). It makes sense why I'd get it, but I get iffy about ads for certain meds nowadays
