About this app

We are a governmental institution, established in 1926 Saudi Post provides a variety of logistical and postal services, and we have been working on an ambitious plan to build a system of multiple networks, establish a unified national address system and provide a package of individually tailored postal services based on that logistics. We enable e-governmental programs and e-commerce applications through partnerships with institutions in the public and private sectors, develop e-governmental transactions and facilitate e-commerce exchanges.

- SPL Online: Providing a channel through which the user can perform many e-services easily and conveniently, such as viewing bills, subscribing to Alami and Awfar and many more. SPL Online will continuously serve you to ensure easy access to all Postal services.

Ratings and reviews

Not recommended for international shipping. Particularly, they're dumb in their freight forwarding service "Wasel Alami". They may charge you shipping fee, international taxes and then mark the item as porhibited. Like sometimes they allow shipment of Mobile phones and sometimes they declare them prohibited items. For other items they may take weeks to pack the shipment.

How is this 4 stars with so many poor service complaints at 1 star? I'm updating my review again. Service has unfortunately deteriorated again. Worse than before. SPL doesn't inform me of parcel locker deliveries or the pin code. Taken my money twice now for redirecting to my parcel station again, but then refuses to do so. Unacceptable. Phone operators are professional, but nothing gets actioned. Requests & complaints closed with NO resolution. SPL is happy to take your money without service.

worst service for delivery. especially for remote areas. their delivery personnel wont even try to reach you if you somehow missed their call. and thats it .. they just done with their responsibility to contact you. now you go and arrange collection by yourself. even application wont allow you to change address. worst ever service if you compare with other service providers
