• Use Share to accept your clinic's sharing code so they have access to your data to make your appointments more efficient.
• In Profile, turn on weekly notifications and emails.

Ratings and reviews

Constant log in issues. The user & password for the G7 app work but results in "no account found" when you use it for Clarity. You can't even reset pass, just loops back to the same page. Being a physician, this wastes time daily & frustrates patients trying CGM for the first time. Advise everyone to switch to Freestyle Libre 3 for those wanting cgm on their phone or only use a receiver. And no I'm not contacting support. It's an old problem that's never been resolved.

Absolutely the worst app I've used in my life. The functions are ok but it makes you re-login all the time and the process never works. It doesn't take the password so I have to change password. It goes to a white screen if you get code by phone, and if you get it in email the app goes back to square one when you toggle to get code from email. The link to change password on the website reloads to the site homepage. Looks like I'm going on vacation without a working app.

This is a horrible app. I've gone ahead and downloaded it twice and tried to even sign up. And when I go to select it, the country that I mean it all of a sudden, just Kix me off. I've done this 3 times. I can't even use it. Customer service or text support sees this message to help me to fix the stars. You'd better get back to me and let me know if there's an update for my phone of mine. I'm using a Galaxy Z Fold 3, and I am a diabetic. I find this so dispointing. My Dr checks this app daily.
