It always presents "connection error" when I create a new account. I can not connect my SimpliCam so far even i just purshased one.

Pay to use on monthly basis for unstable connection and video quality. Plus the hassle to DIY at a similar cost compared with all in one alarm service provider. Gave up after 2 years of use...

Works great until you have any kind of account issue then you are stuck in a Kafkaesque loop where they make you phone in and sit on hold for hours and it never gets fixed. Also good luck trying to cancel because they are happy to take your money online but will only let you cancel by phone.
