What in God's name you ppl are doing! App keeps taking longer to retrieve user info or login. Can't make payments to same user i have been paying for years! Service getting worst for overseas! Your upload cnic button doesnt work. I tapped that button several times and it didnt work. Trying to scan the cnic or the overseas card doesnt work either. App is as useless as the bankers in the bank. Thank you for making our lives more miserable and tough than it already is.

Used to be Great, now not so much. 1) can't login with biometrics anymore. having to enter username and password each and every time is an absolute pain. 2) once logged in, the app decides to load for a good minute or two which is a pretty long time when your in an Uber or indrive or a store and want to pay. Ive been avoiding the app altogether except when I absolutely have to

My account is still inactive even after I provided all the required information online and on the verification call. You've charged me multiple times anyway! If a branch visit is needed, stop advertising "easy online account opening." This is a completely misleading and pathetic service. Fix it immediately!

1. You can now manage alerts for your branch transactions directly from the UBL Digital App.
2. ESFCA account holders can now transfer funds from their ESFCA account to their PKR account directly through the UBL Digital App.
