Ratings and reviews

Absolutely the worst airline app I've used. Flight details in the app are non-existent, you have to go to the mobile website to get any info. Other apps at least link to their mobile site. Worse, the app stops working if you don't use it for a few days. The last couple trips I have had on AA I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app just to check in and get my boarding pass, even on separate legs of the same trip. AA is horrible all around as an airline, and they live down to that here.

Money back is possible if you find and check.very.carefully using the app for exactly how. Be careful. If you use Expedia, etc., no money back if cancel. I canceled, but thought, even though I had the option to get refund to my credit card, I would simply reschedule. Then they said they would think about it and let me know.. when I later changed my mind and wanted a cash refund. 🧐 Think carefully.

This app completely sucks compared to other airline apps. I'm missing a travel credit , doesn't show it even when I try to look it up with the info in the confirmation email CONFIRMING that I had a travel credit available. Doesn't show you your past trips and receipts, you have to put in a ticket confirmation number. Obviously I don't have that handy if I'm trying go look up a past trip in the app. The kicker, there's a feedback spot in the app that doesn't even work and just gives an error!!
