The app will not even allow me access to my account. Just gives an error message telling me to contact customer service. I did so, they said there's no problem on my account, but they would "look into it and call me back". Of course they didn't. I've rebooted my phone, changed data provider, but this app left me in an untenable position where I couldn't make a payment even after trying for hours. Very disappointing, ABSA really went down after changing from Barclays. Time to consider a new bank.

Extremely pathetic app for an extremely pathetic bank that specializes in stealing your money and claiming it's an old transaction that's months old and took long to approve. The app is pathetically slow and crashes just as much their ussd. It's extremely easy for your money to get lost during a transaction thanks to the app crashing and it becomes nearly impossible to get it back, probably just another way they steal your money. 0/10, would not recommend the app nor the bank itself. Pathetic.

Very disappointed! The app is ineffective and always faulty for no reason. It just won't allow me me to log in. Un-installed it, now, it's asking me to check my wifi. This is very concerning and inconveniencing too. And customer service doesn't respond. Very poor service overall 😢
