The latest update has made the app very heavy and slow. All other apps, even J&K Bank, are quick and fast. Also, unlike J&K Bank app, u cannot add multiple accounts to HDFC Bank app. That is a big negative.

pathetic. The app doesn't work most of the time. it sometime says no account linked, if we try to log out and login then login fails.. A big kudos to the app development team and an even bigger kudos to HDFC Bank for having such a team!

Worst home loan app I've ever used. Every 10 seconds a third-party keyboard popup appears, making it almost impossible to use the app. The UI is broken and doesn't fit the screen properly, so many features are unusable. On top of that, my home loan account isn't even visible in the app. The browser version is no better, with pages constantly changing or not working correctly. Such a poor digital experience for a major bank. Please fix these issues.
