I work in food delivery (DoorDash, Instacart, UberEats) and this app is a life saver! It starts tracking my mileage the moment it detects movement, and when I'm done I just tell it what that trip was for. I can also enter transactions, so I keep track of income and expenses too, and have everything related to work all in one place! I pay for the subscription (only $8/month), and that allows me to export all this info to Excel spreadsheets (which have sortable columns after download).

I used this app for around 4 months after having used another similar app for several years. The price for that one went up around 50% so I attempted to switch. The Everlance app will get the job done, but has some limitations... for instance, if you forget to open the app for a few days, it stops tracking. Don't get too busy or you'll lose trips! There are also some features it lacks such as automatically determining which vehicle you're pricing based on the Bluetooth connection.

Does everything I need it to do. Helping to keep track of mileage as a DoorDasher is a lifesaver at tax time. However, it's not perfect, and I deducted a star for one specific and important reason: the lack of dark mode support. That harsh white background is an eye killer when driving at night! It's almost 2026, and not supporting dark mode is inexcusable. Fix that, and I'll be more than happy to add that fifth star.
