About this app

ATH Móvil is an ATH® Network application that allows you to:
− Transfer money instantly to more than 2 million persons using only their phone number.
− Transfer money between your registered cards, even if they are from multiple financial institutions.
− Make payments at any time, from anywhere, in real time and securely.
− Donate to non-profit organizations.
− Get the balance of your accounts.

To use ATH Móvil you must:
− Be a client of a bank or credit union affiliated to the ATH® network that offers the ATH Móvil service.
− Have an ATH® debit card
− Have an email and phone number

- FirstBank
- Over 90 credit unions…

The APP is easy to use! I do like it! So My Oriental debit card expired and they sent me the New Debit card with the Same Number, Problem is in the ATH MOVIL App it's impossible for me to delete the expired card!!! without adding the New Card. I try changing it with the same number and either way There is No way to put my New Oriental Card in. That's the Only Puerto Rican Debit Card I owe ,The rest is from the Main land,which ATH MOVIL Don't accept. Can the Developers kindly add on Delete 🙏🏽

Let's block your access to the app just cause you went on vacation to another country. Yay! 🤦 Edit: It's now a year later (April 2026) and this problem is still not fixed.

Amazing app, easy to use. But when I changed my phone number I got locked out of my account with no way in, locked away from my OWN money. I'm a teenager with no drivers license and parents that work, so I can't just go out to the bank any time to get it fixed in person, and over the phone I just get confused as to what I am supposed to do. I can't access my money easily, so I need to carry cash everywhere, since a lot of the places I go don't take card since I mostly support small shops. HELP.
