this app is the worst! I have been having problems signing in constantly, also it has been just closing down out of the blue. updated it today and it wouldn't let me sign in saying it doesn't recognize my username and password! Uninstaller and reinstalled it and it's still not working properly. this app has been given me problems for the past two years, I think ima have to go through someone else.

It's not the best app. easy to use when it works. I have had consistent issues with logging in (can't log in due to system issues or it decides not to recognize me randomly) I've had to re-download the app a couple of times just to be able to log in again. And if you get in - sometimes the balance will show, other times it's blank. my piggy bank account has disappeared and reappeared severL times. frustrating experience

every time I try to move money it won't let me I have called customer service about the issue and they told me to uninstall it and reinstall it I have done to no avail. I have been trying to remove all my information from the app so I can start fresh but I can't do that either it keeps saying welcome and then my name when I go into the app. this is very frustrating. please fix whatever bug is in the system because I can't do it. thank you very much for your service and hopefully this will get
