Got a email for a delay right before going to the airport. I checked the app and website as the email suggested no information about a delay. I went to the airport 2 hours early just in case it was still on time. Couldn't check in through the app or the kiosk because technical issues. Next I had to wait at the frontier line for 25 minutes before getting any help.(only one person ahead of me) Finally I learned the flight was canceled and didn't get a cancel notification for 3 hours.

navigating the app to pay or change a name is so difficult it took over 2 hours to finally get a hold of someone to 1 switch a reservation name 2. pay for the change and 3 add the frontier card to my account. the chat bots suck I went round and round in circles just trying to get a hold of someone. finally I went to Facebook page and there I was able to get help. only able to pay through a link they sent me. even though the options to do what you need are there you can't actually do it

Such a frustrating app. On every click you have to wait atleast 10 to 30 seconds. And they push us to app while checking in from the browser. If they have so much slow app why are they pushing us to check In flight on to app. Give both the options. Such a waste of time with this app. Update : it became more worse app not even loading anything, installed, uninstalled cache cleared. Nothing working.
