Just awful. There is NO WAY to avoid using this terrible app, and at times it forces you to add upgrades/apply for their stupid credit card in order to proceed through the booking steps. I am signed up to earn miles for trips, but for some insane reason, my mileage number never seems to attach to the flights I pay for. This seems like something that you'd be able to fix in the app, but when I try to add the details manually, I get an error message. This has happened despite multiple attempts.

Like many other reviews here, I just tried to book a flight. Got through to payment no problem. A la cart flight experience, ok whatever. But when I went to pay, with my frontier card, an error popped up. Back button just goes through the a la cart options. Return to checkout, no luck, credit card area is gone. Restart the app and look up the flight I just tried to book not 15 minutes before and the price has increased. All while constantly getting prompted to review the app, which I did 4 times

I had to remind myself why I fly Delta. The app won't allow me to check in because of server problems (it's been 5 hours). The help chat crashes or just doesn't work at all. So I called the customer service line and basically was told, oh well, figure it out. keep in mind the app is the only way to check in. Save yourself the trouble and fly something else. This company does not value your money.
