Just awful. There is NO WAY to avoid using this terrible app, and at times it forces you to add upgrades/apply for their stupid credit card in order to proceed through the booking steps. I am signed up to earn miles for trips, but for some insane reason, my mileage number never seems to attach to the flights I pay for. This seems like something that you'd be able to fix in the app, but when I try to add the details manually, I get an error message. This has happened despite multiple attempts.

it's a lot more work than other airlines. Everything costs extra, never ending suggestions to upgrade assorted things. you don't get a comfortable feeling that everything is ready. And not being able to get a boarding pass without junking up your phone with an app is just wrong. Next time, I'll pay a little more to go with an easier airline.,.....................................................,......................................................................................................

I'd give this app a 0 if I could. Barely functional. Doesn't seem to store your trip/tickets offline very well. Slow to load. Forced me to update the app while I was in the process of using it even though I had no wifi. Missed a connection and had to add a new flight. Viewing my boarding pass keeps pulling up the incorrect flight. This is to say nothing of Frontier themselves - worst airline I've ever used. Will not fly again.
