Ratings and reviews

This is the worst airline app I have ever used. I purchased the discounted flight yearly membership and I am unable to book flights through the website and the app. Or, the only flights available are an overnight stop in another city in which I would have to pay for a hotel, just to sleep. Thumbs down. Do not recommend.

App does not accept a password if it was created on a PC and contains a dot. When attempting to create a new password, app rejects some passwords for an unknown reason even if they satisfy all criteria and all checkmarks are green ("Bad password"). - If itinerary was added to account on website, it doesn't show up in the app and needs to be added again.

Don't use Frontier. I book a direct flight. Got a confirmation. The next day I got a message that the flight has changed. It's delayed by a couple hours. Okay, I don't mind that. Then I got another message. The direct flight has changed from a direct flight to a layover in Atlanta. This triples the time of flight and adds another hour and a half to the time that was already delayed. Yes, you.might say, they are cheap. I didn't ask for cheap, fast, and good. I booked months ahead of time.
