I spent two hours on your website trying to buy a ticket for a child yesterday, now I am closing in on an hour for one ticketand today on the app. Then I could not change the name and you want a $75 dollar fee to change the name after I just purchased a discount club membership. I am not happy with your company. Just be honest and up front and all this upgrade offers make purchasing a ticket with Frontier the most infuriating of all the airlines. If I could give negative numbers I would.

Update 01/12/25 Still sucks. They still can't figure out how to turn off mandatory check-in for international travel. still says not complete so you end up wasting time to figure why check in wasn't complete. turns out you don't need to for international travel. so hopefully this helps someone else out. never fly them again. I'll pay the extra, that really isn't that extra when u add the hassle.

I cannot get my app to check me in!!! After your most recent update, the app stopped working properly. I ended up going to the website to put in my confirmation code. This app sucks. The hits keep on giving. Now the app won't hold my account information so Frontier won't award me miles I rightfully earned, even after several attempts at writing and contacting them.
