I've been using the fresh thyme app for awhile. When it changed, I wanted to give it a chance... which I have now and it stinks. It's not intuitive, it's difficult to navigate and then get back to the main area to find your card to scan. The difficulty of the app makes me not want to use it, which means I won't know the deals and in turn have shopped less (significantly) than I did befoy. Sad.

App seems to open without any problems. However, when I check out, many times my clipped coupons won't be applied to their items. Yes, I've entered my phone number at checkout, but some coupons are deducted and some aren't. Yes, I selected the correct items matching the coupons. When I notice this (often!) a manager needs to approve the coupons that weren't deducted. This problem happens randomly and it's extremely frustrating. Customers in line behind me get made because of the delay. Awful app

Wouldn't let me use the app, kept glitching and telling me to check my internet, I uninstalled and reinstalled it after several days of trying to get into the app, now it won't let me log into my account, just tells me "sorry, an error occurred while processing your request". All I can access without getting that message is the main page and the weekly ad for somewhere the next state over.
