Something is very wrong with the app since this month started. Pings do not come in like last time. After completing a job the ping stopped and silence for rest of the day. Occasionally 1 ping comes in and then silence again. Click offline and it isnt responsive have to press few times. Keep prompting message says app is put to sleep.

The button at the end of job (entering of other charges) should be Swipe instead of button to avoid accidental ending of job before keying in extra fees. On other hand, arrival at pickup point can be a button as u can't arrive if u are too far away on GPS anyway.

worst app ever! until now is still not solving the issue when we are slightly away from the pin location we can't slide arrival. riders were kind enough to walk out to main road so we don't have to drive in end up we still have to drive in! pings were so pathetic less during the day time !!
