¹ With a Gusto spending account, your payment may be processed up to 2 days early. Timing depends on when your employer sends payment funds.

³ Gusto is a payroll services company, not a bank. Gusto savings goals, spending account, and debit card are issued by nbkc bank, Member FDIC.

Any balances you hold with nbkc bank, including but not limited to those balances held in Gusto Spending accounts are added together and are insured up to $250,000 per depositor through nbkc bank, Member FDIC. Gusto is not FDIC-insured. FDIC insurance only covers the failure of an insured bank. If you have funds jointly owned, these funds would be separately insured for up to $250,000 for each joint account owner. nbkc bank utilizes a deposit network service, which means that at any given time, all, none, or a portion of the funds in your Gusto Spending accounts may be placed into and held beneficially in your name at other depository institutions which are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). The app is easy to use, but on all of my devices, whether they are connected via wifi or cellular data, the app runs like garbage when it comes to loading pages. Update: taking away yet another star down to 2/5. The app doesn't seem to be improving its functionality. With every update there seems to be new quality of life issues. For example, with the most recent update autofill login fields no longer are functioning through Chrome.

The app is good. The money saving options are good, too. My issues are with the security. I was asked in a text message if a payment was authentic. I responded with a yes. Then I was asked if I still had my card, and I said yes. Transaction was declined, and the card was blocked on the weekend where I have no immediate recourse. Now I am being informed Gusto no longer works with my bank. In this financial relationship my bank is great and Gusto is getting more difficult to work with.

Honestly the worst payroll app Ive been forced to use yet. Didn't even get the option to use any of the banking features, just outright denied the option with no explanation. Yet again I'm missing a paycheck, and this is after updating your app, my boss talking with your help desk, and them assuring it'll "probably" be there monday (today). No notifications of it being late, we've just moved on i guess. Good News is the link to the help center is literally the only link in the app that is dead
