Ratings and reviews

pathetic app I am a paid member of your platform, but I am facing several issues with the service. Even after purchasing the membership, I am unable to view many profiles properly and in many cases I cannot send or share interest requests. Also, many profiles seem incomplete or suspicious because there are no proper photos or genuine details available. As a paid customer, I expected better service and verified profiles. Right now, it feels misleading and disappointing. Please look into these.

2 stars because the app lets you stay active, but it has so many profiles without even profile pictures which are completely fake. Man paid profiles doesn't mean you'll let them stay empty force them to add at least basic information. Also "top profile" and "just joined" labels are cheap tricks. Also please do not mislead people with bot reviews I have seen 100s of reviews for this app just saying good, excellent, nice app. Kam se kam bots to achhe jagah se le lete, usne bhi tum to thag diya

The user experience is not good. For past couple of days when I the app it pops up a message - "when do you want to settle down". After that it won't allow you to use the app, which is ridiculous and frustrating. You get notification when someone viewed your profile, again this is highly irritating. Sorry JeevanSaathi, I am not impressed.
