Didn't specify the need to get verified at the physical station. Already activated the account last January but delayed confirming seats due to previous conflicting arrangements. Now I can't proceed to payment because my account is not verified. At least send a follow-up reminder email for first-time users, after the activation email. Judging by the reviews, verification may also be a problem so hopefully I can get verified at the station without any delay.

Worst app ever. The booking and payment flow only allows for a perfect scenario, meaning you do not make changes to your booking at all and payment must also work the first time. If anything fails, you'll be forced to restart and have to wait for like half an hour because there is a "Duplicate passport number" error which prevents you from doing the same booking again. Which "genius" planned such a flow? It's mind boggling how stupid it is.

The apps is great. But please add another features for return back the ktmb wallet to our bank account. Some users are not frequently travel via train like me. Recently I have to cancel trip due to your train delay issues. I managed to refund the money, but it will go to ktmb wallet. It is about RM 200 plus. So, how? I'm not frequently travel using train. The money will remain they forever. Such a waste.
