Member Login Information:

Log in to the app with your mylegalshield.com username and password. If you’re a LegalShield Independent Associate, you can also log in with your online.legalshield.com username and password.

Notes:

Must have a Wi-Fi or data connection to access your member information. IDShield features are only available to members who also have an IDShield/IDT plan. The MEMBERPerks feature is not available to LegalShield group members.

the app helped me get in contact with legal services when I need it but they make it so complicated to cancel the subscription. you have to call customer support then go through an automated process that tells you how to cancel your subscription then after calling you also have to turn in a written request to cancel. and after all that they "encourage" you to make sure they received your written request while still charging the membership fees

Okay app, okay service. However according to the policy, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund on a subscription cancelation. I canceled the day after being charged my final month and they set it up for "review" that conveniently lasted the rest of the "subscription period". I spent almost $100 and only used one service, one time. Thats not how you should treat a customer that youre advertising so hard to for a new subscription.

I've used the app before in past years and it worked great, but I've been trying to download it again for a couple weeks and it only freezes with a spinning loading icon and never did anything. I have to force stop the app every time to get out as I can't do anything else. Very disappointing. UPDATE: App downloaded and opened successfully today, after multiple tries over the past couple weeks. I did not make any changes/ updates on my phone, but today it worked. Glad it's fixed.
