Convenience at its finest. I enjoy the app because I can search for specific restaurants and then if that particular restaurant participates I can immediately set a reservation. Do not have to deal with phone calls, are they open to take reservation at time of call, if not, will they call me back if I leave a message etc. Open Table does away with all those anxiety inducing moments and allows you to make a reservation in under 3 minutes.

So easy for reservations! I love being able to find restaurants when we go on vacation and being able to get a table so there's no worrying. Updated: for the last several months I haven't been able to make reservations through the app. Whether I try and used a saved restaurant or go directly from a website, it just sits loading and then says it can't find my restaurant. I've tried uninstalling, updating, clearing the cache, nothing solves the problem. I've had to switch to the desktop version.

Dont bother setting a notification for a place you would like to make a reservation. You will get endless notifications telling you something is available and then when you click it, dang you just missed it. Literally worthless...also, dont trust the reviews on this platform, they are not even close to being accurate. This app use to be my go-to, but they lost their way a while ago and its much easier and a better experience to just call the restaurant to make reservations...old school.
