The app itself is put together very well, BUT how it interacts with orders isn't the best. If I place an order and show early via drive thru, they won't prep it early (even if I am the only one there). It would be quicker for me to order when I am there. There should be an option for drive thru and in-store, so that if you go in the drive thru, they will begin prepping when you pull to the speaker. Otherwise, it would be a good app for me.

The app is better than it used to be, but still not very efficient to use. The order I would have placed at the drive thru or counter (just basic entrees for 3 people) said it would be ready in 30 minutes. Why?? Also, when adding a payment method digital wallets are not an option (G-pay, Apple Pay, etc) and adding a credit card can usually be done automatically using info saved on my phone- nope. It did let me choose a saved card #, but then I had to dig it out of my wallet to get the exp & code

I hate this app. if you place an order and schedule it for later in the day and then realize you need to make a change, there's no way to do it. I just accidentally placed four orders for the same thing because I was trying to update the pickup time. basically as soon as you complete the order you've paid for it like it or not. so incredibly inflexible and greedy. fortunately, the store staff were incredibly helpful and issued a refund. thank goodness for human service!!
