The app is better than it used to be, but still not very efficient to use. The order I would have placed at the drive thru or counter (just basic entrees for 3 people) said it would be ready in 30 minutes. Why?? Also, when adding a payment method digital wallets are not an option (G-pay, Apple Pay, etc) and adding a credit card can usually be done automatically using info saved on my phone- nope. It did let me choose a saved card #, but then I had to dig it out of my wallet to get the exp & code

Have to re-login on the app everytime i open it. its not even a long period of time in-between. Then when trying to login, the screen just freezes. close out of it, go back in, same thing. Check for updates, so on. just very inconvenient to use and i always just end up just ordering in person instead of online to pick up.

This app has changed. Please note there is NO way to cancel your order once placed. This app is hard for some older and younger people to use. We recently experienced having a family member use it to place a delivery order and proceed to pay only to find they were charged and the app changed their order to pickup. We called the store and nothing could be done. The store suggested they reorder from Door Dash. This makes no sense when using an app directly from Panda Express. PLEASE fix your app.
