Ratings and reviews

The app wouldn't let me click the Checkout button to submit an order if I typed anything into the Special Notes blank of the form. They always send me lots of utensil packets even though I don't check that checkbox, so I had "NO utensils - I have plenty!" in the Special Notes blank. Completely deleting everything from that form field turned the Checkout button red so I could tap it.

App used to be really good and useful. Now there are NO DEALS and if you want one they make you play a game for 1 deal to choose from (& only on Wednesdays by the way, so 1 deal per WEEK). Then if you want to redeem points from your receipt you now have to enter the store number, order total, order #, order date when previously all you had to do was enter the code at the bottom. This app is only good for keeping track of points but if you're not a frequent goer it is not worth it at all.

UPDATE: I am sick & hubby can no longer scan my barcode via screenshot for points. ANNOYING. It's a decent app and ordering is easy. BUT they rarely give any offers or discounts. You can play Wednesday game but typically have to spend $30 or more, which is a putoff. The free drink only showed up once. I rarely remember to play since not beneficial really to customers unless a family. Regular Chinese place is always preferable. No gimmicks.
