Ratings and reviews

The Panera app has recently become pretty problematic for me. Even when I'm at home and connected to good wifi, some pages don't load and I'm forced to log in several times in a row. The most frequent problem is that I try to view my order to check out and it won't show up or allow me to place the order. I just reinstalled and am still having the issue. if it's not resolved soon, I will cancel my Sips Club for sure-- if I can't order easily in advance, I'm unlikely to order at all.

This app used to be really helpful and quick, but the last two attempts I have made to order food, the app has pushed my ready time to be longer than a half hour after I placed the order. I am only ordering for a family of four, and both times have been off peak hours. I just ended up using the kiosk in the store. That's fine, but doesn't give the same perks as the app does.

Dislike the multiple hoops to jump thru to sign in. Takes too many steps & time. Locked out & had to call help desk. Another call to help desk to see if order was actually placed. One screen said it was One said it wasn't. Very confusing. I did get to speak to a human that fixed everything. You shouldn't have this much trouble just to sign in & place an order.
